Lowering a basement is a great way to add livable space to your home and increase its property value. It is also one of the most involved and technical renovations we do, this is definitely not a job for the novice contractor. This complex process requires engineers drawings, permits and 100% attention to detail. The process is very meticulous and needs to be done it a set order or else the entire structure can become compromised.
